Our company has been created in the 80s
by Régis BESSONNET.
It quickly became a family company, because of our love for the countryside.
egis BESSONNET passed naturaly
the flame to his daughter in 1996,
and she does now the best to keep the traditional spirit, with wich the
"BESSONNET" products are made since the beginning.

young ducks arrive when they are 3 days old ; they are feeded and
breeded naturaly until their maturity.

All the products
proposed in the farm are cooked and tinned on site.
The cooking method is totaly
natural and every receip is made in accordance with old family secrets
that we cannot find in any other farm... |

As the ducks are mature, they are force-feeded according to the local
traditions.
A standard laboratory receives the ducks after the force-feeding. |
